Change "From" address?

Is it possible to change the "from" address when sending mail? Does it have to be an alias or can you specify any account? The reason I ask is that I'd like to consolidate email from different sources by forwarding them to my Zimbra box, BUT when I replay to the messages I want it to appear as though it's coming from the account it was originally sent to. Is this possible with Zimbra?

Not today. It's something we'll add in the future.

Maybe it would make sense to consider aggregating in both directions.

That is, for each account, allow specification of the incoming and outgoing mail server.
