filter on pop accounts - Run filter?

Hi,

I just discovered filters do not work with external pop3 accounts.
(see also filter POP3 account on web client)

Is there a way using the webclient to manually run the filters on the inbox? (as one could do within outlook/thunderbird)

This is fixed in main for GNR (5.5.x): Bug 13821 - Mail Filters with POP Accounts not working and as of this time hasn't been ported to FRANKLIN (5.0.x)

You can also vote for this RFE: Bug 1112 - a user should be able to run filter rules over an existing set of mail items. (currently targeted for GNR as well)

Not quite. The company founders are music fans, look at the product code names in bugzilla or the Product Portal. So to answer your question, it actually stand for this. You might also like to read this blog post.
