IE7 sharing issue, no likie distribution list

There is an issue in IE7 when sharing and entering a distribution list, see pic.
The window expands to the full width of the list, so now the OK and CANCEL buttons are off the screen.
And there is no way to resize the window.

This works ok in Firefox, but is there any solution/workaround for IE7 users?

Hmmm...so.... is this just an IE issue? ...and chalk it up as that...?

Should I be telling ALL my users to install and use firefox now?
