IM Chat left iframe pane does not load buddy list

Running 5.0.7 NE x86_64.
If I click the "IM beta" tab or if I type the "gi" shortcut most of the time the left pane does not refresh with the buddy list. Instead it continues to contain the email folder list.

The odd thing is sometimes this works for a while and then it stops working during the same ZCS session. It's prevented me from rolling this feature out to my users.

I haven't yet seen this happen on my test machine.

I've noticed this same problem, but it's been too intermittent to identify a cause. I've only noticed it in FF3, but then again I haven't used IE7 or FF2 much with Zimbra.

I could not find a similar bug, but admit I had trouble coming up with search terms... I opened this one: Bug 29742 - zmOverview does not change to buddy list when clicking IM tab

This would be the appropriate bug report: Bug 18804 – Doesn't Refresh Left Pane on click of IM tab. If you have this problem on a consistent basis I'd suggest you reopen the bug.
