"Send auto-replay message" won't work

"Send auto-reply message -- Out of office message" worked when I just installed Zimbra. Yesterday I found this feature doesn't work anymore. I check user's preference and Admin console, the feature has been enabled. But Zimbra doesn't send out of office message when receive mail. Please help!

We installed Network Profession Edition 5.06 GA/Ubuntu 6.06 LTS amd64bit.
