I have a user who has an external account setup (IMAP), and when she navigates to the external account's INBOX and clicks on Get External Mail she gets the following error:
The account she is accessing is local to our Zimbra server. I have other users who are accessing multiple accounts like this, and they are working fine (myself being one of them). Any ideas on where to look for a solution?
