how far away is 5.0.7?

I have lots of problems with the outlook connector on both outlook 2003 and 2007 where it suddenly dies resulting in no updates in outlook. To resolve the problem I usually have to shutdown outlook kill the outlook process in task manager and the finally restart it again.

Is this a known bug with the outlook connector for version 5.0.4 and 5.0.5 cause I've had the problem for quite a while now. I have not tried the 5.0.6 version yet, thought that I skip this release and go straight to 5.0.7 instead.

Uninstalling and reinstall the outlook connector does not seem to help, tried that a few times.

I just hope that the next release will bring some more stability to the outlook connector.

Have you actually opened support cases for the problems you've encountered? That would be the best option if you need to report any problems, we can't fix problems you don't tell us about.

Have you searched bugzilla for any problems with the connector?

Release dates for products aren't pre-announced, you can track the release via the Product Portal and you'll see an announcement in the forums when new version are available.
