just a quick question in using the bugzilla. I only see a link 'New' to submit a new bug. How do we submit a enhancement request? Do we use the same form and just specify that it's not a bug but rather a request?

Go and create the 'new' bug and in the severity drop down box you select Enhancement.

Yes. Just select "enhancement" from the Severity dropdown.
