Default Problem with clickable http links in zimbra webmail

Hope this isnt covered but my search skills could not find it.

I am new to zimbra webmail and am using firefox 2. Im using the advanced version of webmail.

Sometimes when I am sent a link in an email message the link is not clickable - just grayed out. If I use the standard version it always works. If I log out and back in again it sometimes fixes itself but not always.

For example I just registered for this site and was sent the auto reply with the link to complete my registration. I could not click this link in the advanced version. I switch to the standard and can now click it. I just switched back to advanced and now the link is clickable?

Any ideas on this frustrating issue?

Welcome to the forums

A couple of issues you may wish to vote for :-

Bug 26336 - URL present in the email body is not highlighted and not shown as hyperlink
Bug 28213 - URLs in messages not always active / usable

If you can help by supplying a full message it may help the developers resolve the issue

Thanks - the first one oddly enough says its for the standard version, which works fine for me. The second one seems to be a duplicate of my problem.

Occasionally, context highlighting doesn't work for me in the AJAX client. (I don't really ever use the standard) When I reload the client, (just refresh the browser page) my links come back to life. It looks like a JS issue if anything, or just a browser glitch.

I use FF3/Linux.
