I haven't found a way to do this either. Would be nice to have but haven't found a way to do it.
Also I am looking for a solution to the following problem.
Test Example:
3 Zimbra users. 1) Director, 2) Secretary of Director, 3) Regular User.
As the regular user, I want to send a meeting invite to the director, but have the secretary actually receive the invite message and respond accordingly (aka the secretary manages the director's calendar).
Now.. Here is what I have tried as a workaround.
- I setup a filter for the director to take all meeting invites and forward them to the receptionist. The receptionist gets the email but there are no Accept/Decline buttons on the email. Test failed.
- I tried setting up for the receptionist via the Accounts preferences, IMAP access to the Director's account. Once again the invite is visible, but the Accept/Decline buttons are not availabile. Test fails again.
Any other ideas here??
