Question [SOLVED] How to use IM (chat)
Is there any documentation on the IM feature? Either it isn't working in our installation or we are missing the obvious.

Read this and follow. You have to manually initialize IM the first time.

Enable IM on ZCS 5.0 - Zimbra :: Wiki
