Default Shared Contacts

I am having an issue with shared contacts. After I create the shared and grant access to a user. I then go and try to link the shared contact with the user, I then get permission denied. Does anyone have any ideas.

What version of ZCS are you running ? Anything reported in your Log Files - Zimbra :: Wiki when this happens ?

I have the contact linking working now. But when I go to add a new entry to the shared address book it just sits there when I go to save the changes.

Please check for error messages in your logfiles as indicated in my previous post. It is hard to diagnose the problem without some of this information.

/opt/zimbra/log/mailbox.log

Also paste us the output of:
su - zimbra
zmcontrol -v

(For all we know you could be on an old version hitting Bug 24490 - Unable to Save Contact to Shared Address Book)
