"From" and "To" label not printed

Hi all,

I am using Zimbra Release 5.0.4_GA_2101.RHEL5_20080321150546 CentOS5 FOSS edition.

When I print an email using the Web client, the "FROM" and "TO" text label is not printed. How can I fix it? I already tried IE6 and Firefox, English or Chinese, they give the same result.
