Default Calendar "save" button confusing

Hi guys,

One of our customers reports his clients are finding it confusing that in the web interface you have to click "Save" rather than "Send Invitations". He wanted me to post this, but I'm not sure there is much that can be done. Any ideas would be fine.

Best regards,
Gary

I agree.

Also the sending should be an option and not be automated. A user can't control it right now.

Second issue: is it possible to add a user to an appointment and mark directly as confirmed? I can't find it. I just want to add a user to an appointment as confirmed without sending an e-mail.
