Calendar print view truncates notes

Hi guys,

I had something pointed out to me by one of our clients. In the previous server version of Zimbra that they were using (4.5.6 I think), when printing off a calendar in day view, all of the notes associated with each event were displayed. This was useful to them because they printed the day off and used it as a schedule.

The problem is that now on the latest version (5.0.2), going on print view for a day in the calendar will truncate the notes. For example it will look like:

Item header
1. Start of notes - todays item looks like thi...

Instead of displaying the full notes it only displays a portion of them.

The question is this, is there any way to have the print view display all of the notes?

We are having the same issue and it is causing problems with our workflow. If this does not get fixed, I will need to look into creating a tool for printing the daily calendar out.

Could one of you file in bugzilla on increasing the max characters displayed from the notes section & post the number back here so others can easily find it?
