Plain Business -- Why ZIMBRA when I've already Exch or Domino in place?

I have some other mail server say Domino or Exchange. What should make me think about ZIMBRA?

I have a couple of doubts/ queries that I want to clarify.

Can I integrate MS Exchange with ZIMBRA? Can they co-exist?
If yes where should I draw a line between the functionalities offered by both?
Can I still be able to use the same mail domain name and same mail id?

Yes you can run Zimbra and Exchange together. If you just want to split your user base across Zimbra and Exchange that's just a matter of routing. If you had something else in mind then you'd need to provide some more details.
