Yes, the other users that were helping me are administrators, including the one that brought the subject up to me. (all 4 of us in IT are administrators)
IMHO whether you are a Admin or a normal user I believe that if you mark something as private it should stay private. This is more of a RFE than a bug, unless one of the ZM employees say it should not be so.
