Default Zimbra help pages not working correctly in Mozilla Firefox

Sorry if this has been addressed before but searching for "help" and "zimbra" is just not narrow enough..

I am having an issue pulling up the Zimbra help pages in Mozilla Firefox 2.0.0.12. When I click on the "Help" link at the top right of the Web Client it loads the framed help pages but none of the "Contents > Folders" are working when clicked.

"Index" and "Search" results are working. My Firefox status bar shows the link for the content folders as

PHP Code:
javascript:void(0);
Internet Explore 7.0.5730.11 appears to work fine.

It works for me in the lates version of Zimbra, is there any particular tab you're on when this happens? Do you have any FF add-ons that may be causing this problem? If you have any installed then disable them or remove them and see if the problem goes away. If this is a Windows machine then see if there's any pop-up blockers that may be causing the problem.

  • Zimbra NE 5.0.0
  • Client: Windows XP Pro
  • Same behavior in clean firefox w/ no add ons
  • Help link clicked while in Inbox
  • No system wide pop up blocker, security app, or firewall installed

Thanks for the help

Sorry, I was too hasty with that reply. It's not working for me on the Contents section either. I can't see anything in bugzilla for this but could you do a quick search and if there's nothing there file a bug report then open a support case and ask that the details be added to the bug report.

Yup, those two bugs seem to cover the behaviors we're seeing.

Looks like it's RoboHelp's fault. :\
