filter POP3 account on web client

I've created a POP3 account in the web client and it works just fine, but the mail filters don't seem to apply to the POP3 email. Is there a way to make them apply?

The mail filter I've made just moves the emails to another folder.

No, the filters for the external mail aggregation don't work yet. There's an RFE in bugzilla if you'd like to search for it and vote.
