For specific directions on setting up your account, you should get in touch with Homestead by logging in to
http://helpcenter.homestead.com/ with your Homestead account and password, or by calling their main customer support line: 1-800-710-1998.
As much as we can help you without knowing Homestead's configuration: windows mail > tools > accounts > add email account > label it > enter email address > select POP or IMAP (which keeps your mail organized on the server as well) > type incoming/outgoing the servernames > username/pass > finish.
