Unhappy Filter error on forwarding?

Okay, so I set up an account to forward our helpdesk emails to the helpdesk box. I created the filter as follows:

If -any-
-to- -matches exactly- -helpdesk@domain.com-
-forward to- -helpdesk@helpdeskdomain.com-

'Do not process additional filters' is not checked, and the filter is marked Active.

When the email is received, it goes to the inbox, but no forwarding happens.

I also set up one on my account for testing purposes, and it does not forward either. I don't think I'm doing anything wrong, but all the settings look right. It's either user error, or a potential bug. Can anyone confirm this? If this is a bug I could be in some deep crap.

edit: Okay, in my latest test, I had 1 of 4 emails forwarded. No changes were made to the filters between me sending the first email which went through.

It looks like this might be an issue only with aliases. I created a new account just for the forwarding, and it seems to be working fine.
