Mini-CRM with ZIMBRA

Hi together,

is it possible to do I kind of CRM with ZIMBRA. We have the problem that we are 6 people receiving eMails and contacts from the same persons. We now want to add each eMail sent or received to a contact which should be accessible from everyone. Ideal it would nice if there is also a kind of project added (we do not need a project management). The idea behind is that a contact can have several projects.
