‘share’ email folders across groups

I have a question about using email in Zimbra.

We are a small company (4 users) sharing 3 email account from different locations, we receive around 90 mails a day on every account and we don’t want to manage the box
by redirecting the mail to personal mail boxes but from the central box.

My question is if its possible for the users to see with e-mails are answered, e.g. to ‘share’ email folders across groups?

There is no mail folder sharing in Zimbra today. What you can do is use an IMAP client like Thunderbird which will let you connect to all three accounts at the same time and see the same mail and status.
