Can't enter notes when creating calendar appointments

I have a customer that is having problems with the calendar in the web interface.

The problem is that he can't enter notes into the calendar section when it is set to HTML format. He has to change it to Text Format then you can type in the box. Also, when he switches back to HTML, it works fine... ???

I tried it and I got the same results. However, this behavior is not reproducible that I can see. Sometimes it's fine, sometimes, the problem happens...

I have no idea how to fix this.

Also, he is using Internet Explorer 7 (But the same thing happened in Firefox as well when I tested it)

There are no javascript errors. There is just no cursor when you click in the box and nothing shows when you type.

(Using 5.0.1 Opensource Version on RHEL5) Upgraded from 4.5.10.
