Inconsistent UI, disabled feature bug

Hello,

I attempted to find this bug before posting here, I've got several features disable such as briefcase, sharing files, gal, instant messaging etc, and occasionally (under unknown circumstances) the new dropdown will list off all features, including im conversation etc, and when the user tries to do something with those dialogs, nothing comes of it. (errors out etc).


Its definately a bug, as these people do infact have the features turned off, and when you first log in, the features are infact disabled... however in some strange conditions the features magically get re-enabled.

Anyone happen to have a bug id regarding this bug, or perhaps a timeframe for when this might be updated? Pretty inconvenient for users to think they have IM and get their hopes up prematurely.
