Need Details about Zimbra

We are working on Workflow Management System based on Zimbra Collaboration Suite in our college. So , can u please explain completely about how to use Zimbra.

I'm afraid you are going to have to be a bit more specific. Zimbra is a complete mailserver-communications suite with mail, webmail, IMAP/POP3, instant messaging, shared address books, calendaring. . .what do you want to know? Some of us like to think of it as an Exchange-killer but really that sells it short, because Zimbra does a lot of things Exchange never thought of.

Check out the hosted demo, look at the documentation, download and install the open source version and test it. I'm afraid we can't be of more help unless you ask more specific questions.
