[SOLVED] Possible Bug? Create New Filter

I just tried right clicking on a message and going to +New Filter but nothing happens?

Has anyone seen this? I tried logging out and back in but it didn't change anything. I can manually edit/add filters through Preferences->Mail Filters but not just by selecting an individual message in the top pane?

Am I the only one seeing this?

$*&^% ... someone needs to tech me how to search bugs better. All I'm doing is consuming space with needless posts lately
