change password error

when i check that a user must change there password i can not login anymore and get this error.

An unknown application error has occurred. Please correct any errors and retry. If the problem persists, please contact your System Aministrator. (account.CHANGE_PASSWORD)

This is a reported bug. It will be fixed in an upcoming release.

Ok that will be great can it be applied to user accounts after the fact as i will be instructing user to change there passwords manually, but know that some are lazy and will not bother. Therefor when this feature is fixed i would like to apply it to all users.

Yes it can be applied after the fact.
