Make yourself a distribution list like all@domain.com that can receive mail etc, then share to that distribution list
(I believe if you don't select can receive mail they will get permission but will never get a share notice & you'd have to notify them to manually add it or do so via zmmailbox createMountpoint command line - ask and we can fill you in on this more.)

You might wish to vote on this cool RFE: Bug 7473 - Share management and discovery

To prevent anyone on the outside sending to everyone at your organization via all@domain.com there's this RFE: Bug 7104 - Distribution List Restrictions
Current method of doing that is here: RestrictPostfixRecipients - Zimbra :: Wiki

Log in with the account that shares its calendar.
Right-click on the calendar, select "share" (yes, once more).

There's a popup window about the share properties.
And if you look closely, you'll see the URL to use.

It's something that looks like :
Code:
https://server.domain.tld/home/user@domain.tld/SharedCalendarName
If it's the default calendar, SharedCalendarName is Calendar.
