Default Pop-Up Warning if User is Busy

Just have a question/suggestion

When adding an appointment through the Calendar, is there a way for the Organizer to know right away (as a warning message) if a person is busy/unavailable without looking at the schedule? Just thought there would be some type of pop-up message that would warn the organizer instead of them going through the trouble of adding an attendee to find out later that they already have an appointment.

Thanks,

KeithC

Could you search bugzilla & make sure this gets filed as an RFE? Be sure to post a #/link back here so we know where it's at
Also what's your version? Some good stuff has come out of Bug 7017 - make meeting/appointment attendee status more prominent (a.k.a. "tracking tab")

Did this ever get filed as an RFE? If not, let me know. I've already gotten a few requests from users about this.

Thank you!

How about if you go ahead and file one, if he made one I'll just mark it a dupe later.

You want the warning really low key of course, like: Please see schedules tab for possible conflict with 'user'
And if possible to check f/b before save is hit, a color change on email address in the appointment details tab sounds like what you're asking for.
