It's not that we don't want to help, it's just that there's really nothing we can do unless your provider posts a question in the forums. Zimbra doesn't host mailboxes for the public, they provide the software to do so. I gather your just switching from SmarterMail or IMP as your website is hosted by zepto.ca & while we can see who owns the netblock off the MX record of your mailserver, peer1.com is a co-location provider, which means that it could be a thousand different companies.
You may not be even using an official NE partner at all
/partners/ because Zimbra also provides a FOSS (free and open source software) version
/products/product_editions.html. Which means that millions of people can be using this software and we have no idea who is -outside of a few download stats & those who choose to report their successful installs- that's the beauty of open-source
