Default User can't send email in Outlook

I've got a user with the Zimbra connector (4.5.7) on their Outlook 2003 install, and I just migrated them to a new computer and suddenly they can't send email. As soon as they send it, they get a bounce message that says:

Error: This message could not be sent.

Note: Error processing the message. Please recreate and resend the message.

I'm not seeing anything in the logs that suggests an error, and running the connector installer and selecting Repair doesn't seem to help. The user also just got a new iPAQ and uses ActiveSync to sync Outlook with the handheld, and we did have some trouble with it at first so I'm not sure if that's related or not.

All other functions appear to work fine; he can receive email and he can work in his calendar and contacts. It's just sending email that doesn't work.

Any insight would be appreciated.

One of our customers got exactly this error since yesterday.

Code:
Error: This message could not be sent.

Subject: test

To: xxx@domain.com


Note: Error sending the message, Please recreate and resend the message.
The mail is saved in the send folder.

I just had a user with the same issue in Outlook 2003. Zimbra, any ideas?

ZCS version? (zmcontrol -v)
ZCO version?
Any log sections?

Reinstall or install of actual outlook connector worked for us.
