Import my ical.app calendars?

You can import email with drag-drop via IMAP. If you've got multiple users try imapsync (search for more info here).

Contacts can be imported via .csv file

Currently for calendar you'd need to export to a .ics file and post it for Zimbra to read as an external calendar.

In the near future we'll have an iSync adaptor for Zimbra which will make this much easier and allow you to sync both to/from Zimbra and your Mac.
