zcs 5.0 rc2 cannot save calendar appointment

I was testing to add an appointment to the calendar. When saved, it replied with
"Cannot Save: Invalid dates ... "

I checked over and over again that the dates and times were alright. It just didn't let me save.

My zcs version is: Release 5.0.0_RC2_1745.UBUNTU6 DEBIAN4.0 FOSS edition.

Any hints will be welcome.

Welcome to the forums.

That would be a major problem if we couldn't do a simple save and saving a calendar entry works fine for me. Can you give some details of the dates you were using and a screenshot of the dates entries.

I found the problem. It was related to the locale I set. The problem occurred when
I set the locale to zh_HK, a traditional Chinese. When I set it to en_US, there was no problem.

The dates and times shown on the screenshot were 2007.11.30 5:30 pm till
2007.11.30 6:30 pm.
