One question that comes up whenever I show Zimbra to potential users is "can I use colours/ different size fonts / logos in my signature?"
The signature file even in HTML mode is a bit limited. Is any work being done on this?

just saw your comment in the bug, if your looking for a system wide disclaimer:
Adding a disclaimer (altermime) or footer - Zimbra :: Wiki
This is also in the works: Bug 4720 - add system/domain wide mandatory signature
