Default printing calendar pages

I have an "old school" user who would like to print out his calendar onto paper each day so he can carry it around with him. I can only find two options for him and neither work very well.

1. He can use the print function in Zimbra calendar and he gets a report that just list what is on the calendar with no space to add additional events using pen and pencil when he is on the road.

2. He can print out the calendar using File>Print on the browser which has space for additional events but starts at 1:00 a.m. and ends at about 10:00 a.m. Needless to say, this makes scheduling anything in the afternoon with this guy risky, at best.

Does anyone have any suggestions on how to solve this issue? I can't find any settings to set the start of the day on the calendar (which might solve this) or any way to format the printed output.

TIA!
