Can we tell if our appt is accepted?
This is a strange question. I've been using and supporting Zimbra for about 6 months, and someone asked me a question the other day that I first assumed would be trivially simple, but I haven't found the answer yet.
If I create an appointment in the Zimbra Calendar and invite someone else, is there a way in the Calendar section itself that I can look at who will attend?
All I've figured out so far is this:
1) I get a response in my Zimbra web-client mailbox which says "accepted" or "declined."
2) If I have deleted or lost those response messages, it *appears* that there's no way for me to be sure someone has accepted the meeting. I can look at the "Schedule" tab in the meeting entry in my Calendar and check if the user's availability shows as red or black--if it's red, I'd assume the user has not responded, and if it's black, I'd assume the user had accepted.
But there are situations in which someone might have accepted a different meeting at the same time, thus getting the "busy" indicator at the same time of my meeting.
It seems to me that there should be another way of accessing this information--whether someone has accepted or not accepted the invite. But I haven't been able to figure out what or where that indicator would be.
Is this clear? Am I missing something?
