Default Meeting Notification to Calendar Manager

I am trying to figure out how to notify a manager of a shared calendar that there is a new meeting request.
If B makes S a manager of his calendar. S can accept or decline meetings for B.
B will get an email with a new meeting request but S will not.
If B sets a filter to forward meeting requests to S then it looks like S is being invited to the meeting. Other than the email forward the only way for S to know about a new meeting is to look at the calendar.

Is there a better way for S to be notified of new meetings or changes in B's calendar?
Thanks
