Mail Merge from Word Not Working

Hi:

I tried to do a mass mailing from MS Word using the mail merge feature, but when I got to the last step and hit okay to "Merge to E-mail" nothing happened. Does this feature work with the Zimbra connector for MS Outlook?

Is there any other way to to a mass mailing with Zimbra?

What version of Zimbra connector are you using?

sorry it took me a couple of days to get you this info... The Outlook connector is version 4.5.6.

You should contact Zimbra support, as they may need to look at the logs.
