list all contacts, not working?

Hi,

can anyone tell me how to list all addresses?
In my Contacts I can't see more than a few addresses, even if I click on "all" the same if I search for "*" or "@" or anything else. It lists only a hand full of contacts, at best 10, but there are hundreds of addresses in my Contacts.

any idea?

I am using the web GUI of:
Zimbra 4.5.6_GA_1044.UBUNTU6 UBUNTU6 FOSS edition

Examine your options tab > address book tab > Number of contacts to display per page, 10, 25, 50, 100.

You can also set the default behavior for the entire COS in the preferences tab in the admin console gui.

(Also be aware of the max number of returns for GAL searches-see the individual domain's gal tab.)

You can add that version info to your forum profile:

thanks for your help!
yes, I am aware of this options, they are both set to 100, but still I am getting only 12 addresses by searching ".".
See attached jpg. I have more than 100 addresses in my contacts, but if I try to add them to a mailing list I see only 12 of them?

I guess it must be a bug, but have no idea since I am new to Zimbra?

I can't seem to reproduce this error myself, but if it's still there after you upgrade to 4.5.7 then please open an bug report in bugzilla.

as you suggested I will upgrade to vers. 4.5.7 after some time and if the problem persists I will open a bug report.
