How to handle mailto: URLS as webmail?

We have Winblows, OS X and Linux, is there a way to redirect mailto: links to the webmail client on all three platforms?

Either change the handling at the system level (windows registry etc, search the forums for how set it so that it opens a browser/url into zimbra.)
or use the toaster available in ZDesktop

You could extract just the toaster if you aren't ready to distribute the whole thing.
4.5.6 might also have the Win toaster in the downloads section in your Admin control panel GUI (one of the little icons on the side).
