How can I view more than 100 contacts when searching through Personal Contacts?

When I create a new mail and then click on To:

I noticed that I can't have a search result that is larger than 100 entries when searching Personal Contacts.

Is there a way to increase this limit in Personal Contacts?

I know how to do that for GAL, but apparently I can't find any settings related to Personal Limits

This is bug 9974 and has been fixed in v5.

Unfortunately, there is no easy workaround for this unless you're brave enough to attempt to modify the Javascript code
