    Default Question Marks Appear In Mail

    Using 4.5.6 when I send an HTML mail it appears on mobile devices peppered with question marks.

    Still have our old Exchange server running so sent same HTML email using it and it renders on the mobile devices without the question marks.

    Anyone have any thoughts (aside from not sending HTML emails)?

    Can you post a "Show Original" copy of both the Zimbra-originated and Exchange-originated messages?

    Not sure I understand the request. I can:
    1) Send the test email from our Zimbra and from our Exchange to my Windows Mobile device and forward the messages to you.
    2) Send the test email from our Zimbra and from our Exchange to you if you receive your mail on a handheld device to cut out the middleman.
    3) Send you whatever you need if you can advise me how.

    Send the message from Exchange to a mailbox, get a copy of the raw message.

    Send the message from Zimbra to a mailbox, get a copy of the raw message.

    Post both raw messages.


    (PS - Are you using IMAP or Zimbra Mobile to get your mail on your device?)
