Default mail workflow history

Hi,

our customer will probably going to make extensive use of the upcoming
feature "delegated shared mailboxes". This customer insists to be able to
track/audit wich email user did open/read the email before and who
forwarded which mail to what mbox.

Question:
Is that a good idea? Should I open a RFE?

Thank's a lot for your feedback!

Martin

PS
Of course that feature would make even more sense in conjunction with the following feature (RFE 18627):

-> Adding anonymously comments to a task should not be possible, instead
-> the email-address of the originator/editor should be visible (no we don't
-> intend to use ZSC as a trouble-ticket-system, but for us it seems to be
-> very important to know what person did add what text into a "Zimbra-
-> Task")
