Default Calendar Notifications

Hi,

We are currently evaluating Zimbra calendar to share diary information with our client over a web interface. We only want viewing access to the calendar as the client will have control over it. Is it possible to be alerted via email or popup when the client makes changes to the calendar (eg patient information)? We don't want the client to send appointment requests to us all the time and we have to accept it. We just want to be notified when they for eg change patients booking times etc.

Or is Zimbra just a web version of outlook? Thanks for any feedback.

Edmond

Default Calendar Notes

Is there a way to export calendar events and notes? We want to be able to export appointments and sort by name and include the notes for each appointment. In Outlook (only point of reference - not comparison) we could export to Excel.
