Default Zimbra e-mail with Homestead

I was hoping to get some help with a problem I am having with my e-mail through Homestead technologies. Ever since they switched to Zimbra I can no longer send mail from the account that was working great in Windows mail. Homestead says nothing has changed but the day they switched me and one of my web site clients this began. I am getting nowhere with Homestead. My pop mail with yahoo works just fine in windows mail...just the the e-mail on zimbra is giving me a server error for isp blocking...my client is on the same isp and having the same issue with their hometead/zimbra e-mail...the yahoo works fine...and the ISP says they are not blocking..which makes sense as it was working perfectly before zimbra....oh well...guess I will keep searching for an answer.
Maybe I can find one here.

I unfortunately have dial up with kon-x
the trade off for living on the top of a mountain...lol
no such error using my yahoo mail plus account on port 465
Homestead is telling me to use 25 as I always have for the e-mail addy I have through them.

The connection to the server has failed. Subject '', Account: 'mail.peacetrees.org', Server: 'smtp.peacetrees.org', Protocol: SMTP, Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Socket Error: 10060, Error Number: 0x800CCC0E

I would appreciate any help with this.
Kim

How about non-SSL (which is normally on port 465 not 25) or TLS?
If still no luck-ask them if plain text passwords are disabled.

tried 465 with no luck...will check on the plain text but they say nothing has changed...on their end.
forgot to mention this though...maybe a clue for a larger brain than mine..lol
this account did work when I tried it at a coffee shop Tuesday...then that evening from home...then back to the errors again and ever since. I would just suggest my client change e-mail but they are in print with this one. Going to the web interface to reply to mail that can be received through outlook is possible but kind of inconvenient.
Thanks for the suggestions.
Kim
