It is kinda important (to me, to supporters of open standards etc.) that Zimbra supports ISO 26300 (Open Document Format, OpenDocument) file attachments, at least not using an unknown filetype icon, and preferably with the inline viewing capability (there are a few open source libraries/apps out there for ODF>HTML so it wouldn't be hard).
I've submitted the enhancement request, please vote for it!
