-r--r--r-- 1 zimbra zimbra 1024 Jul 7 01:23 salocal.cf.in
as the file is read-only, i should change it using root account (not zimnbra);
nothing more easy, but i wonder "there is some side effect??"
if files are -r--r--r-- some reason should be in place!
TIA

No, but if you upgrade, you should change it back to zimbra:zimbra
otherwise you could trash your install.

I hope that this has changed by now, can you create a personal blacklist from the webmail GUI now? Or a global blacklist? I don't see how, but I am using Z5, not Z6.

Having to log in through TTY to blacklist a sender is not something that should be necessary in a modern email server and using junk mail rules as a substitute is not acceptable. At the very least a domain or server admin should be able to blacklist an email address or domain globally from the admin console, and it would be useful to allow users to have their own personal blacklists, with the ability for the admin to be able to turn the use of same on and off the same way IM and Zimbra Mobile can be.
