Bulk moving of contacts

It seems to me that this RFE would solve my problem:

Bug 7411 - allow display of greater than 100 (or arbitrary number) items per page

However, I think there may be another way. How do I determine when this requested feature will be implemented? It does say "assigned".

My problem is that I have about 2500 contacts all tagged as Business and Personal. I want share just the Business contacts.

It seems to me that I need to move all Business tagged contacts to a separate Contacts folder so I can share just those. Is this correct?

If so, how do I quickly move 2000 of the 2500 contacts (Business) into the Business contacts folder? I can only select 100 at a time. This is 20 pages of selections and moves. That seems ridiculous. Is there a better way for a user to do this?
