Default read and delivery receipt on zimbra webmail?

Hi.

When compsing messages in the webmail version, is it possible to have a read and delivery receipt?

or no?

I checked the buttons on the webmail and I couldn't find it.

Thanks

Delivery and read receipts are not available at this time. However, there is an open RFE for them: Bug 7257 - Support read receipts and delivery reports in webmail. Be sure to vote for it.

although almost all e-mail clients have this feature, but as part of e-mail etiquette, sender must not request for a return receipt.

two cents...

Default R/D Receipt

A couple of my users state that this is a requirement & I agree. I have placed my vote.

In some Enterprise email applications it's not even necessary to request a receipt. In GroupWise you can view the delivery and read status of any message you send within the system.

Visability of delivery information for internal company email is a matter of corporate policy, not Internet etiquette.
